. OMG this Coat was worn in Wisconsin one of the coldest state and my need were met. I didn't really need a small jacket under unless it was below degrees and sometimes that was too much. This coat is so beautiful I get so many people asking me where I got it. The material is thick, the pockets are deep but a little far to reach. it's perfect for dressing up and dressing down. I got a Large which is the size jeans and shirt I wear so yes it's ture to size unless you have a big stomach than size up. It's just one button and a wrap. I loved it, can't wait to wear it again next Fall/winter.
