I expected this to be jersey style material but it's more a thick satin which is nice but doesn't hang that well. The shoulders are adjustable by pulling the cords together but it's a bit too short for me and the bust seam rests half way on my bust rather than under it but got price I will keep it! I'm a UK size 18 38f bust and my measurements are correct. It's quite loose around bust area, probably could have sized down but then would have been even shorter! Washes well and looks really fresh and summery on.
