Exactly as pictured. Not waterproof, but a light sturdy polyester that can last through a light shower & dry quickly. Was surprised by the strong zipper & quality stitching! Drawstring toggle doesn’t stay put as the opening is smaller than the knot (and it feels a little thin & cheap metal) 1-1/2” wide elastic that wraps around the entire waist which sits just under my bust (38DD and a short waist) but it may fit better on other figures; I can’t raise my arms well if I zip it up all the way, but I don’t mind. It’s more fashion than functional, especially the front pockets, I wouldn’t put anything in them as they aren’t reinforced. Can’t complain, I fed the puppy enough for this to be FREE!
