There is no smell.. decent quality for price! it is a thin Polyester fabric and if standing in the light you can see your shape through it. however, I couldn't see my bright colored panties through the fabric. another plus is it doesn't really wrinkle! it has an elastic waist band and the tie is just sewn on and only for looks not function. . it looks just like the images provided.
