Oh! My! Word! This is the most beautiful blouse! Even my husband noticed it. It is truly boutique quality!! SO well made and the fabric is perfectly weighted. I will tack the ruffles down in front so that they stay put. It even has a slight built in shoulder pad, to keep the sleeves puffy at the top.
