I would say that this top runs true to size. however if you are large chested it may be a little snug in the boob area. this is my normal size medium and it does fit okay however I don't like how straight cut it is it just kind of goes down and there's really not much to the bottom. the flowers are embroidered on and there is a lovely lace detail. no stretch to the material at all
