The material is soft and flowy. My height is 5’3”. The front of the dress falls approx 2-3 inches below my knee and the back is approx 6-7 inches above my heels.. Yes!. 100% cotton. No smell. excellent. true to size. Snug at waist. Relaxed at the top and skirt.
