So pretty! It's a crepe-like material, a bit see-through (you can see my black bodysuit in the picture!). The material has no stretch to it but it has a thick elastic waistband. The tie in the front doesn't do anything, it's just sewn on. You can fold the waistband in to give it a slightly more proofed out look. My measurements are accurate.
