. Yes. Decent but not stretchy like a sweatshirt . No smell. OK. Can't say Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom, who is much smaller than I am. I thought it would be more like a T-shirt or sweatshirt material with some give. I returned it because I didn't want to risk it not fitting & not being able to return it because it was past the time frame. I do like the ombe colors!
